Our flower arrangements are perishable. Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery—please contact us as soon as possible.

All purchases are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and return it within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
