Yes! We deliver to all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timelines and rates vary by location, but we always aim for smooth, on-time service.

Delivery rates vary depending on the distance and exact location within the UAE. Each area has different pricing based on logistics and accessibility. Final delivery fees will be confirmed at checkout or upon inquiry once the full address is provided.

Yes, we do! Same-day flower delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 8:00 PM. For other Emirates, we recommend placing your order by 2:00 PM to ensure same-day delivery.

Orders placed after these cut-off times will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot on the following day.

Yes, we do! Through our main operations team based in the Philippines, we proudly offer flower delivery services in select areas, including Tarlac and Pampanga. This allows us to maintain the same high standards of quality, creativity, and customer care that we’re known for here in Dubai. Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including most public holidays. For peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s DayMother’s Day, and Eid, we recommend placing your orders in advance to guarantee availability.

Yes! We love creating bespoke floral designs tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s a personal bouquet, corporate arrangement, or event setup, let us know your vision and we’ll make it bloom.

If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery:

  • We will first attempt to contact them to reschedule or arrange a convenient alternative delivery time.
  • If they cannot be reached, and with prior approval, we can leave the flowers with a building concierge, security personnel, or a trusted neighbor.
  • As an additional option, we can hold the flowers at our store for a specified period, allowing the recipient to contact us for pickup at their convenience.

Yes. After your order is confirmed, we’ll send updates via WhatsApp or email, including delivery status. You can also contact our customer service team for real-time assistance.

We do our best to replicate every design as shown. Occasionally, we may substitute certain blooms based on seasonal availability but always with flowers of equal or higher value, while maintaining the original style and feel.

Yes, you can! We’ll send you a photo of the final flower arrangement via WhatsApp or email before it goes out for delivery. This way, you can see exactly how your order looks and feel confident it’s been beautifully prepared.
